How tenants should review Mansa Plus rentals

The demo catalog now includes two rental examples from public Mansa Plus tour titles: a Thika Golf Estate six-bedroom rental listed at KSh 350,000 per month and a Runda five-bedroom rental villa listed at USD 10,000 per month.

Each rental uses the Rent request flow, not the Buy flow. The request modal captures monthly rent, advance rent, security deposit, and initial amount so the client can see the expected move-in cash requirement before sending an inquiry.

Tenant checklist: confirm availability, lease term, furnishing inventory, deposit refund rules, utilities, service charge, garden or pool maintenance, pet policy, viewing fee if any, and the exact receiving account before any payment.
